 Part 3: Funding/Counterpart

Cash vs. In-Kind Cash refers to financial contributions, all other contributions are considered in-kind. Estimate the value of in-kind contributions using generally accepted metrics. For example, volunteer labor should be valued by multiplying the number of volunteer hours by either the minimum wage or the average hourly wage of those volunteering.
